$105,000 - $155,000

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their real estate needs are met with integrity and transparency.
• Leverage our Zillow Flex partnership to generate and manage a steady stream of leads, driving your sales success.
• Guide clients through the buying and selling process, offering expert advice and support at every stage.
• Collaborate with our team to develop innovative marketing strategies that enhance property visibility and attract potential buyers.
• Negotiate offers and contracts with confidence, ensuring favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
• Stay informed about local market trends and property values, providing clients with accurate and timely insights.
• Participate in scheduled group training and personalized coaching sessions to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge base.

Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and building client relationships.
• Ability to leverage digital platforms, including Zillow Flex, to generate and manage leads effectively.
• Proven track record of guiding clients through the buying and selling process with transparency and integrity.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable outcomes for clients in offers and contracts.
• Ability to collaborate with team members to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values, providing clients with timely insights.
• Commitment to continuous learning through participation in group training and personalized coaching sessions.
