Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist $3,000 Sign On Bonus

Job Overview RHA Health Services is hiring a full‑time Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS) to provide clinical support to individuals with substance use and co‑occurring mental health disorders in the Burnsville, NC area. You will work with an interdisciplinary team and help clients access comprehensive, person‑centered care. Responsibilities Provide therapeutic services, including assessments, crisis intervention, individual and group therapy for adults with mental health or substance use challenges. Serve clients with a wide range of behavioral health diagnoses. Facilitate relationships and act as a link between clients, local agencies, and community resources. Connect individuals to services and resources to support holistic treatment. Collaborate closely with other clinical and professional staff to maintain communication, provide feedback, standardize procedures, and support treatment‑plan implementation. Occasionally back up the Program Director or other therapists as needed. Contribute as an active, positive member of the clinical team. Qualifications Valid NorthCarolina licensure (LCAS, LCAS‑A, LCMHC, LCMHCA, LCSW, LCSW‑A). Dual licensure is preferred but not required. Interest or experience in substance‑use treatment; willingness to obtain licensure if not currently held. Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or ability to learn quickly. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation. Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
