What You'll Do:
- Greet and assist customers who enter the service department
- Direct incoming calls and forward them accordingly
- Process customer payments and credit card transactions
- Light bookkeeping: daily balancing and reconciliation of transactions in Excel Workbook
- Assist the Service Team with various administrative duties as needed
Who We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative, customer-facing roles
- Previous dealership experience preferred but not required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and proficiency in Excel required
- Proficiency in dealership software (CDK, VinSolutions, UTA) a plus
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
Total Rewards
The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
