Location: Minneapolis, MN

Pay Rate: $23.20 - $24.90 per hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM

What You'll Do

• Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric specimen collections following established procedures and quality standards
• Verify patient identification and ensure specimens are labeled accurately in the patient's presence
• Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing while maintaining integrity and compliance requirements
• Maintain required records, documentation, and patient confidentiality
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming, professional experience for patients
• Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties
• Travel to other locations as needed to support staffing and operational requirements
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Strong phlebotomy skills with the ability to perform quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Customer service experience in a healthcare, retail, or service environment preferred
• Medical Assistant or Paramedic training preferred
• Strong keyboarding, data entry, communication, and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations as needed
• Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
• Ability to meet compliance requirements including immunizations (MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and TB Test required; COVID and Flu vaccinations strongly recommended)
