Position Title Unit Admin/Specialist Casual – Burlington County 4-H Office, 4H Youth Development, Rutgers University. Overview The 4-H Military Partnership seeks a casual unit administrator to support Burlington County 4-H staff, ensuring club management requirements are met and facilitating communication between local staff and the Department Chair. Responsibilities Work with Burlington County 4-H staff to ensure 4-H club management requirements are met. Address local county needs and communicate with the Department Chair to resolve local issues. Communicate with local county 4-H staff via phone calls, emails, and/or Zoom virtual meetings. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience and at least two years of relevant experience. Valid driver's license. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Computer literacy (Microsoft Suite, Zoom). Safe driving record. Salary $25–$30 per hour. Benefits Medical, prescription drug, and dental coverage.
