Assistant Executive Director / Operations Leader Locations: Autumn Embers Senior Assisted Living, Harbor View Assisted Living, Meadow View Assisted Living, Scandinavian Court Assisted Living. What You’ll Do As a key leadership partner to the Executive Director, you will: Create a home‑like environment and foster a welcoming, supportive, and resident‑centered culture. Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and the community. Motivate, coach, and develop staff to deliver exceptional care, promoting teamwork, open communication, and high morale. Ensure outstanding customer service, resident satisfaction, and timely resolution of concerns. Help manage staffing, training, and regulatory compliance to maintain a safe, clean, and attractive community environment. Collaborate with marketing and wellness teams to welcome new residents and support outreach efforts and community engagement. What We’re Looking For A natural leader with strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Passion for working with seniors and enhancing their quality of life. Ability to stay calm, organized, and responsive in a fast‑paced environment. Commitment to teamwork, integrity, and excellence in care.
