Strategic HR Manager - People & Compliance Lead

The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Manager to serve as a strategic partner for facility leadership and staff across the organization. You will lead HR programs, policies and practice, act as liaison between facility management and Regional/Corporate HR, and ensure programs run smoothly.
