Corporate EHS & Compliance Manager | Salary - Gee Automotive Companies

Gee Automotive Companies is seeking an experienced Corporate EHS & Compliance Manager to lead safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance programs across our multi‑location dealership organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on oversight, cross‑department collaboration, and creating scalable compliance systems that support long‑term operational success. Location Remote, based out of CA or the Pacific Northwest. Hybrid/In‑Office options are available for those based in Orange County, CA or Portland, OR. Benefits and Compensation Salary range: $110,000–$150,000, depending on experience and location. Employer‑subsidized Medical and Dental insurance, with comprehensive coverage options Company‑Paid Life Insurance, Employee Assistance Plan, and text‑based Telehealth Voluntary benefits including Short and Long‑Term Disability, Vision, Critical Illness, Accident, Pet, and additional life insurance for you and your family 401(k) with Company Match Generous Paid Time Off that begins accruing from Day 1 Exclusive employee pricing for you and your family on parts, service, and vehicles Responsibilities Oversee compliance with OSHA, EPA, DEQ, BAR and other Federal and State regulations Manage hazardous waste programs and environmental reporting requirements Ensure dealership safety meetings, inspections, and site audit compliance Administer and maintain KPA/ComplyAuto systems and reporting Oversee dealership Sales and F&I compliance programs Ensure all operational dealership documents are correct and legally compliant (i.e., sales forms, buyer’s orders, licensing paperwork, etc.) Develop and deliver safety, compliance, and regulatory training programs Lead corrective action programs and follow‑up processes Partner with dealership leadership to promote a consistent safety culture Qualifications Experience in Environmental, Health & Safety, and regulatory compliance Multi‑Store Automotive dealership experience is required Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DEQ, BAR, and hazardous waste regulations Experience with KPA and/or ComplyAuto Knowledge of dealership sales and F&I compliance Strong communication, training, and organizational skills Experience programming forms in the DMS and CRM Experience with CDK and Reynolds & Reynolds DMS preferred Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screen. #J-18808-Ljbffr Gee Automotive Companies
