AC Cash Recepts Processor

General Description: Responsible for processing cash receipts and administrative duties. Includes electronic filing, following up on tasks, and responding to emails.

Responsibilities

• Process assigned cash receipts in accordance with daily deadline schedule.
• Prepare daily and bi-monthly cash receipt reporting in a timely manner.
• Work with internal and external clients to ensure accurate processing.
• Manage email box and assigned task list.
• Assist with account reconciliations as needed.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

• 2 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Associates degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Broad knowledge of general accounting principles.
• Experience with CashPro Online preferred.
• Organized self-starter that works well in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and retention of pertinent information.
• Accurate and fast data entry skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel.
• Strong work ethic. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
