This role includes: Annual base salary commensurate with experience Bi‑weekly sales commissions of 4% on home sales Monthly collections bonus tied to achieving collection goals Quarterly occupancy bonus for driving stable and growing occupancy Annual NOI bonus based on community financial performance Your success is our success – when the community thrives, you thrive! Your Background Experience in property management, customer service, or leadership roles (manufactured housing a plus). Proven ability to lead teams, manage relationships, and handle challenges with professionalism. Comfort with technology and willingness to learn our property management software – Rent Manager Express. A mindset of continuous learning, adaptability, and resilience.
