We are seeking a reliable Yard & Warehouse Production Worker to support our outdoor yard operations and indoor material handling. Key Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and stage staging materials and inventory in the yard and warehouse.

• Operate yard equipment and machinery (e.g., forklift, pallet jacks) safely.

• Perform routine production duties, quality checks, and inventory counts.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area indoors and outdoors.

• Prep orders for shipping and store incoming stock accurately.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of warehouse or material handling experience (required).

• Outdoor yard or construction/industrial experience (preferred).

• Forklift certification is a major plus.

• Ability to lift up to 40lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

• Work ethic, safety-first mindset, and reliable attendance.

salary: $18 - $20 per hour

Responsibilities

• Material Handling & Staging: Load, unload, and maneuver raw materials (lumber, fence panels, concrete mixes, piping) throughout the yard using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual labor.

• Sorting & Inventory Prep: Organize, bundle, and label incoming stock and outgoing customer orders according to yard spec sheets and shipping invoices.

• Assembly & Cutting Support: Assist shop fabricators by measuring, cutting, or prepping raw materials (wood, PVC, or metal stock) using basic power tools and saws.

• Equipment & Vehicle Loading: Securely load delivery trucks and flatbeds using straps, chains, and shrink-wrap to ensure safe transit of goods.

• Yard Maintenance & Housekeeping: Clear debris, stack scrap materials, organize storage bays, and maintain clean, safe staging zones in all weather conditions.
