Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to fully understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and challenges, utilizing standardized assessment tools and methodologies.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, tailored to each client's cultural context and needs.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans outlining specific goals, interventions, and methods for progress monitoring, ensuring these plans are regularly updated based on client feedback and progress.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including educators and health care professionals, to ensure coordinated care, sharing insights and strategies to best support each student.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, which may involve conducting immediate risk assessments, developing safety plans, and connecting clients to emergency resources when needed.

• Advocate for client rights and support connections to vital community resources, including housing, employment, and additional healthcare services.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives, raising awareness about mental health issues and promoting the services available through Key Potential Mental Health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse student population, including children and adolescents from various socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in social work from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
