Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, licensed Financial Advisor to join our team as an independent advisor. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who want the flexibility of running their own practice while benefiting from the support, resources, and collaborative environment of an established firm.

Whether you have an existing book of business or are looking to build one, we provide the platform and support to help you succeed. You will build and own your own book of business, but you will be responsible for your own success. Leverage our current set up, office space and infrastructure, collaboration, relationships and offerings.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Create comprehensive financial plans tailored to each client's goals.
Provide investment management and portfolio recommendations.
Conduct retirement, tax, estate, education, and insurance planning discussions.
Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, seminars, and community involvement.
Conduct client review meetings and ongoing financial plan updates.
Maintain compliance with regulatory and firm requirements.
Collaborate with firm professionals to provide holistic financial solutions.

Qualifications

Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 65 where applicable).
California Life & Health Insurance License preferred.
CFP®, CPA/PFS, ChFC®, or similar designation is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of financial advisory experience preferred.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping clients achieve financial success.
High ethical standards and commitment to fiduciary principles.

Compensation

Independent contractor (1099)
This is a commission based position
