Purpose

Customer services representative supporting students, parents, and district partners through email, phone calls, and in-person customer services.

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

High school graduation or GED. Three years of clerical experience. Excellent command of the English langauge Strong customer services skills. Computer skills (navigating software, looking up information in databases, etc) Personable Team Player. Regular and punctual attendance.

Employment Eligibility:

Retirement Plan Eligibility:
The retirement plan for this position is Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS), subject to the position being at least 20 hours per week and at least 135 days in length.
