Temporary Turn Associate - Maintenance

What You’ll Do: Assist with necessary repairs and improvements to vacant student apartments prior to move‑in. Perform touch‑up painting as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager. Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities by performing general cleaning and other duties as needed. Support expense‑control programs by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible and practicing correct use of tools and equipment. Ensure adherence to the company’s safety and hazard‑communication programs, policies, and procedures. Demonstrate excellent customer‑service skills by treating residents, vendors, and other team members with respect. Maintain an excellent customer‑service attitude. Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned. What You’ll Need: No specific level of education is required; a high‑school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a sense of urgency. Must have reliable transportation. Physical Activities: Frequent lifting and moving of up to 50 pounds when using machinery and equipment for essential tasks. Frequent bending and/or stooping. Frequent use of ladders and stepladders to access equipment and machinery necessary for essential maintenance tasks. Inside/outside tasks including working in inclement weather.
