Job Overview Job OverviewA law firm seeks an experienced Patent Agent to join its Intellectual Property and Technology Division in Washington, DC. The successful candidate will draft and prosecute U.S. and foreign patent applications, provide patentability assessments, and assist with freedom to operate and due diligence assessments.
