Part Time Receptionist

Join Team Honda as a Part Time Receptionist and be the welcoming face of our Baton Rouge, LA location. In this role, you will ensure a positive first impression by greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and providing general administrative support to keep our front office running smoothly. **Schedule: Monday-Friday 4:00-7:30pm AND Saturdays 8:00am-7pm** Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Manage and distribute incoming mail and deliveries Maintain reception area to ensure tidiness Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry Provide general support to staff as needed Requirements Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Professional appearance and attitude Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic About the Company Team Honda is a reputable automotive dealership located in Baton Rouge, LA, committed to providing excellent customer service and quality vehicles.
