Clinical Supervisor (Non-Exempt)

Role Overview: The Clinical Supervisor ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective patient care by competent staff. Key Responsibilities: Collaborates with administrative personnel, physicians, and co-workers to improve processes, manages staffing to ensure adequate patient care, and actively participates in patient flow and bed management. Demonstrates leadership by inspiring change, modeling professional standards, and engaging staff in continuous improvement. Provides mentorship, recognition, and support to foster a positive environment. Holds care providers accountable for responsibilities, policy adherence, and regulatory standards. Participates in evaluations in collaboration with the Clinical Manager, aligning duties with organizational values and standards. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Nursing program, current RN license, 3-5 years hospital nursing experience, and certifications such as BLS, TNCC, ACLS, ENPC, or PALS. Demonstrates strong communication, clinical competence, data assessment, and leadership abilities. A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
