Position Description:

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated CNC Machinist to join our first-shift team. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional who takes pride in precision work and thrives in a quality-driven environment.  Top performers are rewarded with competitive pay and opportunities for growth.  The CNC Machinist will perform complex setups and operations on 5-axis mill/turn machines.  This role requires strong knowledge of G & M codes, as well as the ability to run and inspect parts with minimal supervision while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Ability to setup and run machines accurately, and efficiently
• Able to read operation sheets and blueprints
• Able to maintain quality standards and accurately measure completed work
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers, supervisor, and other staff
• Other duties as directed by supervisor

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary CNC education preferred
• 3+ years of CNC machine operation
• G & M code fluency and ability to read programs
• Blueprint reading required
• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to deal with complexity
• Capable of working in a customer-focused, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude

The posted pay range reflects the range established in good faith for this position. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on relevant experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
