Senior Aerospace Quality Engineer

Selmet

Selmet is seeking a Senior Aerospace Quality Engineer to ensure the highest standards for our precision titanium castings in Springfield, OR. In this on-site role, you will lead AS9100-compliant quality activities, support NADCAP requirements, and partner closely with engineering and production in a precision-driven, safety-focused environment. Responsibilities include root cause analysis, CAPA, MRB support, FMEA, control plans, and data-driven continuous improvement. You’ll work with advanced aerospace manufacturing processes, mentor others, and help maintain Selmet’s reputation for technical excellence and reliable, high-performance components.
