Key Responsibilities

• Process service agreements including timely invoicing, price verification, and ERP entry
• Maintain documentation for contracts and invoices
• Assist monthly invoicing to ensure revenue targets are met
• Build customer rapport by updating customers on upcoming agreements and supporting renewals
• Use CRM tools to retrieve customer information, update work orders, and make changes
• Collaborate with sales and POC IT teams to verify purchase orders and identify revenue opportunities
• Renew contracts and invoice customers as needed
• Transfer billable calls to ensure timely invoicing
• Identify efficiency opportunities by combining open work for tech support teams
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company requirements

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience
• Associate's degree with 2+ years relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree with billing/invoicing/contract audit experience
