Position Title: Project Management Coordinator

Location: Dallas, TX, 75261

Duration: 3 Months

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

The Department requires project management support to oversee contract and vendor coordination for five new prime vendors and their associated subcontractors. As the portfolio expands, there will be increased operational and administrative complexity to ensure effective execution and value realization from the professional services budget. Specific tasks will include: coordinating and managing project intake and execution workflows, scheduling and facilitating vendor meetings, capability presentations, and recurring governance cadences. The role will also support structured vendor engagement processes, including managing inquiries, consolidating responses, and coordinating enterprise stakeholder sessions, SOW memorialization and bid history, cost and performance metrics, and multi-bid coordination. The function of this role will be to: 1) Manage the influx of new administrative demands to serve the team, 2) Establish, modify, and maintain workflows in Monday dot com, 3) Collect and compile reporting and status updates, 4) Aggregate spending thresholds via real-time contract and budget capacity.

• Coordinating requisition and procurement workflows in partnership with PMM to ensure timely approvals and compliance

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Must have stronger experience with Monday.com
• Create PowerPoint presentations based on written, Excel, and verbal details
• Read and understand budget and expense reporting via Excel documents
• Understand and enforce prime and sub-contractor compliance with structured engagement rules
• Author, manage, and coordinate team functions using Monday.com workflows
