My client is recruiting for Business Immigration Contract Attorney to focus on handling a high volume caseload, including:

Adjustment of Status (AOS) case review
Handling business immigration matters, including: IV, NIV, PERM, RFEs and AoS matters
Working under tight deadlines
Working in a collaborative team environment

JD or LLM
Admission to a US State Bar
Experience with AoS case review
Excellent writing skills
Ability to multitask and stay connected to a team environment
Excellent case management skills
Excellent organizational skills
