People Solutions Operations Specialist II Summary: Our client is an established public health & safety organization who is looking for a People Solutions Operations Specialist II. The People Solutions Operations Specialist II will manage HR cases end‑to‑end, maintain accurate employee data, and provide timely, customer‑focused guidance on a broad range of HR policies and processes. You will play a critical role in supporting onboarding and offboarding activities, safeguarding data integrity, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance both operational efficiency and the overall employee experience. The People Solutions Operations Specialist II must have at least three years of relevant experience in HR Operations/Shared Services. People Solutions Operations Specialist II Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline or equivalent relevant experience Minimum three years of relevant HR Operations/Shared Services experience Previous HR Business Partner experience is an asset Strong technical skills and experience with MS Office and using an HRIS systems, previous experience with ServiceNow HRSD; and Oracle HCM or Workday experience is an asset Demonstrated ability to effectively leverage technology, support ongoing system enhancements, and manage routine maintenance for tools not requiring major configuration Solid customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills Proven attention to detail while effectively managing multiple demands and competing priorities Self-directed, excellent time management skills and ability to maintain flexibility under tight and fluctuating deadlines Flexibility to occasionally work outside of regular hours to support global operations (if necessary due to different time zones) People Solutions Operations Specialist II Job Responsibilities: Using HR’s portal and case management system (ServiceNow HRSD), responsible for queue management, end-to-end handling of cases and driving case closure across the platform amongst the broader HR Community Provide effective and prompt solutions to internal customer inquiries on a wide array of HR topics, and deliver an excellent customer experience Maintain in-depth knowledge of company-specific HR policies and practices Complete Oracle HCM data entry requests. Audit data and processes to ensure accuracy and administer accompanying reporting Support with pre-onboarding, lifecycle, and off boarding processes, ensuring required information is collected and maintained Create, maintain, and keep all employee records/files up to date #J-18808-Ljbffr
