Job Summary:
A Respiratory Therapist position is available in Johnson City, New York. Candidates are responsible for providing evaluation and treatment services to inpatients, outpatients, staff, and community groups, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of respiratory therapy procedures. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Johnson City, NY
• Schedule: Nights, every other weekend; 36 hours per week, for a duration of 13 weeks
• Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited School for Respiratory Therapy; New York State Respiratory Therapy Permit or License; Registered by the NBRC as a Respiratory Therapist; BLS (AHA, HSI, or American Red Cross); ACLS Certification from American Heart Association (AHA)
• Preferred Qualifications: Up to three (3) years of experience in critical care and NICU; V60 BiPAP/980 Puritan Bennett Ventilators experience; proficiency with EMR system Soarian; participation in external patient transports is required for travelers
• Shift Hours: 12-hour night shifts with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Additional Information: Candidates should be prepared to participate in external patient transports as part of their duties
