PrincePerelson & Associates is partnering with an established and successful company to identify a Customer Development Coordinator to join their team in Clearfield, Utah. Customer Development Coordinator Responsibilities

In this role, you will support the business development and sales teams by managing incoming leads, communicating with prospective customers, and keeping the sales process organized and moving forward.

• Enter and manage new consultant and prospect information received from brokers and website inquiries.

• Contact prospective customers by phone, email, and text to screen candidates and schedule appointments with Business Advisors.

• Follow up consistently with prospects and leads to maintain engagement and move opportunities through the sales process.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect information in the company's CRM system.

• Serve as a positive first point of contact and create a professional, welcoming experience for prospective customers.

• Provide general administrative and business development support as needed.

• Coordinate multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and responsiveness.

The ideal candidate will have excellent phone presence, strong communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail. You should be comfortable speaking with prospective customers, asking questions, following up, and building professional relationships.

Qualifications:

• Excellent phone and verbal communication skills.

• Friendly, confident, professional, and comfortable speaking with customers by phone.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong written communication skills.

• Comfortable learning new software, technology, and CRM systems.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook.

• Previous CRM experience, such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar, is a plus.

• Reliable, dependable, self-motivated, and accountable.

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, inside sales, lead generation, recruiting, or business development is preferred.
