Our growing chiropractic office is looking for a self-directed Community Outreach Coordinator to build local partnerships, run screenings, and deliver community health talks that generate new patient appointments.

This is not a desk job, and it's not a role for someone who needs daily direction. We'll give you a clear weekly number, 4 events per week, and the tools to hit it (scripts, playbook, booking system). How you get there is up to you. If you need to be told what to do each day, this isn't the right fit. If you'd rather figure it out yourself and be judged on results, it is.

You'll be a great fit if you're comfortable walking into a business you've never contacted and asking for the meeting, can stay organized across a dozen partner relationships at once, and don't lose momentum after a string of "no's."

Schedule: 8–12 hours per week to start, growing based on results. Events are typically 2–3 hours each. Some evenings/weekends required depending on partner schedules.

Compensation: $15.16/hour base pay for all hours worked, plus $40 per arrived Day 1 appointment and $40 per enrolled new patient generated from your events. Bonuses stack on top of your base pay.
