Provide patient/resident assigned activities and tasks. Meet the needs of the patient/resident, family, and interdisciplinary team through communication, coordination, evaluation, and service excellence.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma/GED
Successful completion of nurse assistant training program OR current enrollment in an accredited school of nursing with evidence of successful completion of first Medical/Surgical Clinical rotation.
Certification as nurse aide in the State of Colorado required (for Acute Care Facilities) OR Evidence of successful completion of first Medical/Surgical Clinical rotation in a qualified nursing school.
Current BLS certification.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Letter of recommendation from nursing instructor.
