In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting project managers and ensuring that projects are executed smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule. As an Entry Level Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and tracking of various projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining clear communication among stakeholders. This position is fully on-site applicants must live in or near Houston,TX. Immediate availability is required. Key Responsibilities Assist project managers in the development and maintenance of project schedules and timelines. Coordinate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders. Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for management. Organize and facilitate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute taking. Identify potential risks and issues and elevate them promptly to the project lead. Maintain project documentation, including plans, contracts, and specifications. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and independently when needed. Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies is a plus. Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role with a track record of successful event execution. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
