Most of all we want someone looking to build a rewarding career with a fast-growing company that has unlimited opportunities for growth and advancement.Job RequirementsRecruitment background preferredStrong Initiative/self-starterWork well as a member of a teamStrong communication skillsBasic computer skills (typing, Microsoft Office, etc.)Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesIdentify, recruit, and onboard independent insurance agents and agencies to partner with Neishloss & FlemingConduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, social media, and other lead-generation activitiesBuild and maintain relationships with prospective and existing agentsEducate agents on available Medicare, Life, and Health insurance products and carrier opportunitiesSchedule and conduct recruiting presentations and introductory meetingsCollaborate with sales leadership and marketing teams to support agent growth initiativesMaintain accurate records of recruiting activities within CRM systemsMeet or exceed monthly recruiting and activity goalsAttend industry events, webinars, conferences, and training sessions as neededFollow all company, carrier, and regulatory guidelines related to agent recruitment and contractingQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred1-3 years of recruiting, sales, business development, marketing, or customer acquisition experience preferredPrevious experience in insurance, Medicare, financial services, or agency recruitment experience is a plusStrong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skillsSelf-starter with a strong work ethic and desire for professional growthAbility to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience working in a call-driven or metrics-based environment preferredExperience utilizing CRM systems for lead management and relationship trackingStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamComfortable working toward recruiting and performance goalsAbout IntegrityIntegrity is one of the nation’s leading independent distributors of life, health and wealth insurance products.
