Case Manager – Tampa Bay Girls Academy Join the Rite of Passage Team as a Case Manager at Tampa Bay Girls Academy in Tampa, Florida. Responsibilities As a Case Manager, you will administer, develop, and facilitate case plans and treatment programs in accordance with agency requirements and each student’s needs. You will collaborate with professional staff to establish and meet treatment goals, provide individual counseling and skill development, communicate with families, probation officers, referral agencies, and other stakeholders, and supervise clinical behaviors and activities. You will also assist with educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities. Qualifications BA/BS in a related field. Prior case management experience, including at least 3 years with youth or juvenile placement agencies. Desire to work with troubled teens.
