Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students with speech and language challenges
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing each student's unique needs
• Lead therapy sessions—both individual and group—focused on speech and language advancement
• Track and document progress meticulously, updating goals as needed
• Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and other team members to coordinate comprehensive care
• Facilitate family involvement by providing guidance and education on supporting therapy goals at home

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome to apply
• Experience in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Strong capacity to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
