Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this role plays a key part in keeping common areas and residential units operating smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on skills who enjoys variety and takes pride in quality work.What You'll DoPerform routine maintenance and basic repairs in common areas and residential units.Handle entry-level tasks including light plumbing, basic electrical work, painting, drywall patching, carpentry, and lock repairs.Assist with VRF/VRV HVAC-related tasks such as filter replacement and basic inspections.Support move-ins and move-outs by preparing common areas and assisting with logistics.Escort vendors and contractors, operate freight elevators as needed, and conduct walkthroughs before and after work is completed.Assist with general building upkeep, porter duties, and package handling when needed.Serve as backup support to the Maintenance Supervisor when required.
