Client Service Executive

Job Summary As a Client Service Executive , you will ensure delivery of exceptional service to Gallagher’s clients by championing branch initiatives, prioritizing client outcomes, and proactively managing complex accounts. You will exemplify the highest ethical standards and uphold The Gallagher Way. Key Responsibilities Communicate resources across Gallagher services to fill client needs. Own the complete client service cycle and independently manage accounts of increasing complexity. Act as the primary account liaison and strategic relationship manager. Maintain a 95% client retention rate for assigned clients. Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to new hires and team members. Collaborate with account management to prioritize workflow and ensure accountability. Address and resolve internal and external challenges independently. Keep clients informed about compliance‑related issues. Identify client needs and deliver solutions while managing strategic objectives. Ensure compliance with local and corporate standards. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, cross‑functional teams, and vendors. Leverage Gallagher resources, tools, and knowledge to maximize efficiency. Manage client and vendor expectations for timely delivery. Drive innovation and generate practical ideas to improve service. Develop professional relationships with stakeholders. Train and support lower‑level staff, assign work, and meet deadlines collaboratively. Supervise sale of products and services to prospects and existing accounts. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of client coordination or claims management experience. Appropriately licensed. Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and MS Office. Experience in designing and implementing productivity and client‑service improvements. Experience leading and managing teams in a matrix environment. Deep understanding of professional and industry standards. Ability to build strong client relationships. Clear communication of complex issues. Goal‑oriented and results‑driven mindset. Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package.
