Billing & Settlement Specialist (Korean/English Bilingual)

Responsibilities Manage accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P) functions. Process expense reports, vendor registrations, and customer registrations. Support monthly financial closing activities. Monitor and manage A/P and A/R aging reports to ensure timely payments and collections. Maintain and compile operational records including but not limited to customer/vendor profiles, quotes, and other related data. Review invoices for accuracy and ensure proper documentation before processing check requests. Maintain organized and accurate records in compliance with company policies. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Bilingual in English and Korean preferred.
