Assistant Branch Manager

Our client is actively seeking an assistant branch manager for their local financial management company in the Baton Rouge area. This position will be responsible for helping drive revenue growth, coach team members, and ensure an exceptional client experience. Our client is offering a full-time career role, paying in the range of $20-$21 per hour with 100%-paid health benefits. The company is willing to train candidates who show a business-minded focus and a clear history in administrative roles.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cash flow, vault security, and transaction accuracy
• Drive branch growth with sales strategies and consumer loans
• Generate invoices for client services
• Maintain compliance with lending and banking regulations including assisting with audits
• Perform collections calls including providing loan notices to clients
• Assist in training new hires
• Provide general assistance with all financial activities with exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in finance, management, accounting, or other related business fields is strongly preferred
• Previous banking or financial management experience is strongly desired
• Must have a strong business acumen and forward-thinking capabilities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
