Job Title: Quality Auditor - 3
Location: 1000 Technology Dr, West Columbia, SC 29170
Duration: 3+ Months
Shift: Mon to Fri (07:00 AM to 03:30 PM / 03:30 PM – 12:00 AM)
Pay range: $22.00/hr. on W2.
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Quality Auditor 3 to support quality assurance activities in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong inspection experience, attention to detail, and the ability to identify quality issues, perform audits, analyze defects, and support corrective actions and process improvements.
Responsibilities
Perform internal, process, and post-production product audits.
Ensure products and processes meet company, industry, regulatory, and ISO quality requirements.
Collect and maintain accurate quality data and audit records.
Follow up on audit findings and support corrective actions through resolution.
Assist with root cause analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Prepare reject reports and analyze defects for recurring patterns and process issues.
Communicate process deviations and quality concerns to production teams.
Monitor and report quality metrics.
Support Quality Alert meetings and process training as required.
Provide guidance, direction, and training to other employees when needed.
Support new-hire induction and quality-related activities.
Required Qualifications
4+ years of inspection or related experience
High school diploma, vocational training, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of basic and advanced inspection techniques.
Ability to read and understand moderately complex instructions and quality documentation.
Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and provide guidance to other employees.
