Bilingual Mental Health Therapist

Job Description We are seeking a Bilingual Mental Health Therapist to join its multidisciplinary healthcare team in Omaha, Nebraska. The therapist will provide compassionate, trauma-informed mental health services to individuals and families, including behavioral health assessments, individual and group therapy, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and referrals. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy to individuals, families, and groups. Support clients experiencing mental health, substance use, family, and other psychosocial challenges. Provide crisis intervention and determine appropriate levels of care when needed. Coordinate referrals to community mental health providers and support services. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and organizational policies. Collaborate with medical providers, case managers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team. Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field. Bilingual Spanish-speaking ability is required. Current Nebraska licensure or appropriate credentialing as LMHP, LIMHP, or PLMHP. At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred. Experience working with individuals experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders preferred. Experience providing services to both adults and children is a plus.
