Front Desk Agent (Full-Time)

MainStay Suites | Rapid City, SD

Are you friendly, dependable, and passionate about great customer service? Join the team at MainStay Suites Rapid City as a Front Desk Agent and help create exceptional guest experiences every day.

This is a full-time position requiring a flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays.

What You'll Do

Welcome and assist guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
Process check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest requests.
Answer phones and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
Accurately handle guest accounts, payments, and hotel transactions.
Promote hotel amenities and services to maximize guest satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
Assist with laundry, light property maintenance, and snow removal as needed.
Follow hotel safety, security, and cash-handling procedures.
Serve as Manager on Duty when management is unavailable.

What We're Looking For

Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude with strong attention to detail.
Basic computer and math skills.
Hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
