Location LaPorte, IN (100% onsite) Key Responsibilities Process and post incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts. Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding invoices. Communicate with customers to resolve billing issues and ensure timely collections. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reporting. Assist with month‑end closing and general ledger support related to accounts receivable. Support the accounting team with special projects and process improvements. Preferred Qualifications Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
