Accounts Receivable Specialist Location: Michigan City, IN Pay: $45,000–$55,000, depending on experience Schedule: Monday–Friday | On-Site Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Receivables Specialist to support the daily accounts receivable and accounting functions of a multi-location retail organization. This role is responsible for cash reporting, invoicing, payment processing, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records. Responsibilities Process and reconcile daily cash reports and store sales activity. Prepare, send, and track invoices and customer payments. Apply cash receipts and deposit incoming checks. Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Process store billing, transfers, and supporting documentation. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Communicate with store locations regarding financial information and reporting needs. Qualifications 1+ year of accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or accounting experience. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and computer systems. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Preferred Qualifications Experience in retail, grocery, or multi-location operations. Familiarity with accounting or ERP software.
