Let's talk about the role. It involves Utilise expertise of the local property market to facilitate successful lettings transactions Demonstrate empathy and diplomacy when handling sensitive situations involving landlords and tenants Ensure meticulous attention to detail in documentation and legal compliance to minimise errors Adapt to changing market conditions and client needs to maximise business opportunities Negotiate rental terms effectively to achieve favourable outcomes for clients Work with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience Build and maintain a strong network of contacts Efficiently manage time and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional service Demonstrate resourcefulness in problem-solving to address challenges promptly Uphold professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions with clients and colleagues We're not just looking for someone who fits our team; we want to be a good fit for you too!
