Per Diem Certified Pharmacy Technician | Shelby, North Carolina

Job Description

Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Pharmacy Technician position is available in Forest City, NC, on a per diem basis. This role involves supporting the accurate distribution of prescribed medications and delivering excellent customer service in a pharmacy setting.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Dispense medications prescribed by physicians and healthcare providers accurately and efficiently.
Provide customers with clear information regarding their medications and proper usage.
Maintain a focus on superior customer service to support patient care.
Assist in pharmacy operations as needed to ensure smooth workflow.

Desired Qualifications:

Valid North Carolina Pharmacy Technician License.
Experience in retail pharmacy or long-term care settings preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills with a commitment to customer service.
