Working remotely, the full-time Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent will assist clients in understanding their coverage options, providing customer service and sales support, while ensuring a compassionate and efficient experience. Key responsibilities Assist individuals in selecting health insurance products that meet their personal health and financial needs Provide full lifecycle customer service, including responding to inquiries and following up on sales leads Complete sales or renewals of health plans, focusing on customer satisfaction and sales conversions Required qualifications Current health insurance license in the state of residence Minimum six months of sales experience High school diploma or equivalent Strong computer navigation skills, as this role is 100% remote Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines for patient privacy
