Territory Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Territory Sales Representative to join a growing healthcare organization serving the Menominee, Michigan market and surrounding communities.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation facilities, and other healthcare providers. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to manage a territory independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain referral partnerships within the assigned territory
• Generate new business opportunities through networking and relationship building
• Conduct in-person sales calls and presentations to healthcare professionals
• Educate referral sources on company services and solutions
• Manage territory activity and sales pipeline effectively
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
• Meet and exceed territory growth objectives

Qualifications:

• Previous outside sales, territory sales, business development, or account management experience preferred
• Healthcare or medical sales experience is a plus but not required
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
