Key Responsibilities Support senior consultants in data collection, analysis, and diagnostic activities for client projects. Assist in the mapping and documentation of current state business processes. Contribute to the design of future state processes and implementation plans. Conduct research on industry best practices and relevant benchmarks. Prepare presentation materials and reports under the guidance of project managers. Participate in client workshops and interviews, capturing key information and insights. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project objectives. Identify potential risks and issues during project execution. Support the development of client proposals and presentations. Requirements A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. A proactive and results-oriented attitude with a desire to learn. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Prior internship experience in consulting, business analysis, or a related field is an advantage. Familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) is a plus. Based in or willing to commute to **Welkom, Free State**.
