Title: Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (Hybrid)

Salary: $115,000 - $200,000 annually, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
• Manage cases through all stages of litigation including depositions, mediations and trial prep
• Advise clients regarding pending legal matters and case strategy
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Attend court hearings and assist with trial preparation
• Maintain compliance with legal standards, court procedures, and firm protocols

Requirements:

• A JD and an active CA State Bar license in good standing
• 1+ year of civil litigation experience preferred
• An ability to manage a demanding caseload independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality

Bonus Experience:

• Personal Injury experience
• Trial experience
