Litigation Attorney
Parker & Riggs LLP – San Diego, CA

We are a San Diego based litigation boutique focusing on real property, business, and probate disputes. Our firm's partners are committed to the development of our associates and staff with hands-on mentoring, opportunities for continuing legal education and career pathways – including partnership – for advancement.
Requirements for the position include: 3+ years of litigation experience; admission to practice in CA; and experience with, and ability to handle, pre-trial phases of litigation (including, e.g., strategy development, written discovery, percipient/expert witness depositions, motion practice, court appearances). Trial experience and/or a background involving real property matters is desirable but not required.
