We're looking for a Primary Care Physician to join our outpatient clinic in Anderson, South Carolina. This is a full-time, onsite, patient-facing role reporting to the Associate Medical Director.At CenterWell, you will have the time and support to build meaningful patient relationships while delivering high-quality care in a value-based environment.What You'll Do• You will provide comprehensive primary care services to a panel of adult and senior patients.• You will care for patients with chronic and complex medical conditions.• You will typically see 12-15 patients per day, allowing for longer visits and stronger patient relationships.• You will manage longitudinal care plans focused on prevention, wellness, and chronic disease management.• You will complete accurate, same-day documentation to support quality outcomes and patient care.• You will manage a daily clinical inbox, including lab review, patient messages, prescriptions, and follow-up care.• You will coordinate care with specialists, hospitals, community resources, and members of the care team.• You will apply Medicare risk adjustment and annual condition documentation practices to support comprehensive patient care.Use Your Skills to Make an Impact• MD or DO from an accredited medical school• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine• Active, unrestricted medical license in South Carolina or ability to obtain licensure• Active, unrestricted DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to start date• 2+ years of experience caring for senior populations within Medicare Advantage or value-based care settings• Experience supervising Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs)• New physicians interested in value-based care are encouraged to applyCompensation and BenefitsYour compensation package may include:• Competitive base salary plus annual incentive opportunity.• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, where applicable.• Medical, dental, and vision insurance.• Paid time off and CME support.• 401(k) with employer match.• Malpractice coverage.• Comprehensive benefits beginning on day one.Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40Pay Range: $255,000 - $298,500 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
