Software Support Engineer

Serve as the first line of support via phone and email for customers experiencing issues with Invar Warehouse System (IWS) software Collaborate with customers and internal teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex IWS software issues Maintain, track, and escalated support tickets to ensure timely resolutions Monitor customer production environments to identify and proactively address potential issues Assist in testing new software releases and custom implementations Provide feedback to the development team Set up internal development PCs and test servers for new implementations Travel to customer sites for hands-on, on-site support, including commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of automated warehouse equipment Requirements A recommended degree in Computer Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Working knowledge of SQL (preferred but not required) Experience with Windows environments (required) Experience with
